    Our professional fee for standard conveyancing work come to the total of $900 plus $80 GST for property under 2 million (plus $195 if Owners Corporation involved, plus $100 if the property involves extra water searches and/or special meter readings)

    If you change your mind and would like to stop using our service, it depends on how close it is to the Settlement (how close it is to collect our full fees and costs) to determine how much you need to pay for what we have done so far. Minimum would be $440.

For example, we may share part of our fees to online marketing companies, real estate agents, accountants, brokers, bankers etc. for introducing you to us. This is an integral part of many businesses’ marketing and lead-generation activities and NOT payable by you. In other words, there will be NO extra cost or fee to you.
